Industrial momentum on Clevelandโs West Side continues as Weston Group pursues demolition approvals for two 121-year-old buildings at 10600 Berea Road in the Cudell neighborhood.
The two brick industrial structures total more than 183,000 square feet and sit on a 4.11-acre parcel. Combined with adjacent Weston-owned properties, the full assemblage reaches 7.3 acres a substantial footprint in a dense urban corridor.

The property was acquired in 2017 for $725,000 by Beaty Capital Group (TempleLive), which later invested approximately $8.6 million in renovations. Larger redevelopment ambitions โ including a proposed 19-story Dream Hotel โ were canceled after the pandemic.
Property Highlights
Main Theater: 2,500 capacity
Asylum Room: 500 capacity
