Cosm, Bedrock, and Rock Entertainment Group (REG) announced today that Cosm, a leading immersive technology, media and entertainment company, will anchor Bedrock’s mixed-use Rock Block development in Downtown Cleveland’s Gateway District.

The Cosm site is located on 3 acres of land Bedrock acquired in 2023 at the intersection of East 4th Street, Prospect Avenue and Huron Road.

Report: Cleveland metro area has second-lowest median home price in U.S.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Greater Cleveland remains one of the most affordable housing markets in the country, according to a new report from RE/MAX.

In its May 2025 National Housing Report, RE/MAX ranked Cleveland second among 50 metro areas for lowest median home price.

Euclid assisted living community tops list of Cuyahoga County’s most expensive commercial sales in May

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Two assisted living communities fetched the highest price tags for commercial real estate sales in Cuyahoga County in May.

Seven commercial properties sold for at least $1 million in May, but Heritage of Euclid was the largest sale of the month, followed by Saint Therese of Westlake.
